OVERVIEW
Harry’s Guest House in Capitol Hill is seeking a housekeeper/coordinator to join our cleaning team. This is a hybrid role where you will be checking in guests as well as turning over both units of our two-unit boutique accommodations. You would be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the property between guest stays. This includes tasks such as cleaning bathrooms, changing linens, vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting furniture, and restocking amenities. Additionally, you would be tasked with communicating with guests regarding their stay and reporting any damages or maintenance issues to the property owner or manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communicate with team members to identify needs of the Guest House.
• Implement cleaning and preparation protocols to guarantee the optimal condition of the guest house between guest stays, maintaining a standard of excellence in cleanliness and presentation.
• Facilitate the seamless check-in process for guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient arrival experience.
• Engage proactively with guests, consistently seeking feedback and addressing inquiries to ensure a personalized and high-quality stay exceeding guest expectations.
• Laundering linens and towels, identifying and removing stains.
• Cleaning and stocking bathrooms.
• Notifying owners of necessary repairs.
• Collecting and disposing of trash.
• Assisting guests when necessary.

• Properly cleaning upholstered furniture.KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Work well unsupervised.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Handle basic maintenance and cleaning.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with hotel guests.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• Basic understanding of professional cooking with at least two years of previous saut station experience.
• Must have the requisite food handling permit and a thorough knowledge of safe and sanitary food handling practices.
• Must be able to read, understand, and execute food preparation recipes.
• Ability to work effectively on a team and independently.
• Possess a strong commitment to quality service and dedication to furthering culinary knowledge.
• Ability to work weekends and eveningsADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
• Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
• This role will require nights and weekends, and flexibility in schedule to accommodate business needs
• Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the restaurant to other
• Must be able to move, pull, carry, or lift at least 40 pounds.

Job Overview:
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Social Media Manager/Content Writer who can bring our brand’s unique voice to life across social media platforms. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a flair for creative writing, a knack for basic graphic design, and a passion for building engaging social media communities. You’ll work closely with our brand marketing team to amplify our presence and connect with our audience in fun, meaningful ways.
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite)
Pay Range: $25-$40 per hour
Hours: 15-20 hours per weekKey Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness, expand our audience, and increase engagement.
• Create compelling content and write within our brand voice for: Event listings on our website/event page, written content for Instagram, Threads, and our monthly newsletter.
• Track KPIs and report on insights, optimizing strategies for better engagement.
• Collaborate with internal team and agency partners to align content with company values and vision.
• Provide expertise and consultation on best practices for social media platforms.
• Design basic graphics using tools including Adobe products, Canva & CapCut (or equivalent) to complement written content as needed inside our brand system.
• Schedule & manage Harry’s social media accounts and co-manage social communications.Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• 1-2 years of experience in social media management or related roles.
• A passion for conveying our company’s mission and values through creative content.
• Proven experience in building and engaging social media communities.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Design products.
• Strong creative writing and editing skills, with the ability to write in our distinctive brand voice.
• Basic graphic design skills to create visually appealing content.
